Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp, country or region, project type and project details. The system may also record the source page, page language and UTM parameters used to understand channel performance.
How we use information
We use this information only to respond to inquiries, assess requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, arrange follow-up communication, and protect the form and website. We do not sell the personal information you submit.
Submission method and recipients
The form is submitted over HTTPS to api.twochair.cn. Inquiries are retained in a SQLite database managed by us, and a notification is sent to a designated WeCom group. The notification supports timely handling and does not replace database retention; an accepted inquiry remains stored if robot delivery fails.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as necessary for project communication, contractual obligations, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. We use access controls, an isolated runtime, restrictive file permissions and software updates to protect the data, although no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit the form and contact us by phone or business email instead. You may also request access, correction or deletion of information previously submitted, except where retention is legally required.
